July, 20th 2018. Final Bout Screen viewing party has been thrown at Tsuzuki-Yokohama “Roller Coast“.
It includes Previous Final Bout rounds, Special stages plus entrant interview, Special Stage Japan movie, then at the end there is Final Bout 3 movie.
The viewing party got full so quick and people who could not make it requested up load on YouTube. And,,, here it is!
It feels long time ago since the event happed, but when I saw the movie, it really brings back the excitement of International drifters’ collaboration again.
The Last stage of Ishi’s 240.(it crashed a week after the event) His 240 was something special to Tokyonur since it was the first Freee’s car I met.
Teru-san’s video of the Green Flake 240 and Takahashi-Kobo Ryo-san’s gangsta C34 tandem still makes me little emotional.

2018年1月20日。神奈川県都筑のダイナー”Roller Coast“で、Final Bout Screenと銘打ったスペシャルバージョン映像作品が公開された。
過去のFinal BoutのAfter Moiveに歴戦のエントラントのインタビューとSpecial Stage Japanの映像に繋がるドキュメンタリー。勿論、本国アメリカでは映画館で上映された。
特に日本での上映会は予約で満員御礼だっただけに、来場することが出来ないオーディエンスからのYouTubeでの公開を熱望するリクエストが非常に多かった事を受け、今回急遽Final BoutのYouTube Channelで公開された。
既にもう遠い過去の思い出になっていたイベントではあったが、改めてFinal Boutというイベントを通じて日米のドリフト野郎が繋がった感動を追体験することが出来た。
廃車になったあのクルマの最後の雄姿。
普段からメンバー同士一緒に走る事が少ないFreee’s。
Takahashi Ko-Bo-のRyo-sanのGangsta 34 Laurelにオリャオリャと食いつくグリーンラメの240。
TERU-sanの哀愁溢れる映像作りも相まって、今でもちょっと胸が熱くなる。
それだけ、TokyonurにとってIshii-chanの240は偉大だったんだなってね。
