This ojisan is just a big KP guy in Kanagawa, but sadly none of his KPs have been in a condition to run for years. Tokyonur have never seen his “white” KP running.

After a looong time finally, he bought new “white KP” which runs. (yay) 4K kai 5K, Weber carburetor φ45, and of course it has TS wide bodykit.

Since its base car is Lisse grade interior has some pretty graphic and stuff. For now engine bay is ordinary but since previous owner took out its motor and reinforces bay, it would be easy to make it pretty for a show.

Anyways here is Gure-san’s car history.

At the age of 18 he got his very first car Sunny truck. After that, he bought 180SX when he was 20. It last 4days. Then his KP life starts. His first KP he got when he was 21, it’s still sitting at his yard with all the rust. Got his 2nd KP when he was 29th, and this one he got this year he was36.

He just love combination of little hatch back + OHV motor. He loves “boroboro cars” Hope this one doesn’t get “boroboro”.

He is a good friend of ex illest Kenny . He gose to Oakland to visit Kenny every year.

 

So, this time we took a place looks like Oakland. I mean we shoot at “Oakland”. Yeah we went to Oakland for photo shoot.

TECHNO BREAK PARTY を1人で率いる孤高のオジサン”Gure-san“。

神奈川を代表するKP大好きオジサンとして知られるも、近年では完全不動の常態に陥り、Tokyonurに至ってはその走行する姿を1度も見ることなく白い個体はサヨウナラ。

そんなGure-sanも遂に平成の終わりに日常的に動かす事が可能なKPをゲット。外装は当然の如くTS仕様のオーバーフェンダーを装備。エンジンは4k改、ウェーバーφ45。

インテリアはベースがLisseグレードという事もあり、ST仕様のエクステリアとのミスマッチ加減が実に可愛らしい。

エンジンベイはお世辞にもキレイと言える状態ではないが、一度エンジンを降ろして各部の板金は行われているので、その気があればエンジンベイを美しく飾る事も可能な状態だ。その気があれば・・・

 

ここでGure-sanの愛車遍歴を紹介。

18歳でサニトラに出会う。その後、20歳となり成人となったGure-sanは180SXを所有。僅か4日間の所有。そしてここからがKPオジサン列伝が始まる。列伝といっても印象に残る走りの記録は無いが、21歳でKP61、29歳で2台目のKP61、そして36歳で3台目のKP61となる。

とにかくライトウェイなハッチバックとOHVに異様な拘りをみせ、ボロいクルマが好き・・・

このKPもボロくなってしまうのだろうか・・・

 

ココまでの文章だと、完全に純和風のGure-sanだけれども、実は海外交流も古くから盛んなのだ。Gure-sanは元illestのKennyとの交友が深く、1年に1回のペースでオークランドへの旅を欠かさない。

 

今回はそんなオークランドへの愛をこめて、日本のオークランドで撮影。

ん?どこが?いやいや紛れもなく、ここはオークランドだ。そう思い込もう。
